ec59f6b350 Allow requests version higher than 0.14.0, but lower than the major changes of requests 1.0.0 
This will allow Twython to be used with other libraries (such as python-tumblpy) that require requests higher than 0.14.0

be494d4c77 Fixing up some urls, cleaning up code 
* Cleaned up exceptionType into ternary
* getProfileImage is only supported in Twitter API v1

Requests needs to be on 0.14.0, otherwise calls with params and files will not work.

9d21865409 adjusted the logic in the twitter response reader to better handle API errors. 
this could likely be done a bit cleaner -- but this works.

* No sense in setting self.auth twice
* Make self.client a requests.session to reuse headers and auth
* requests 0.13.2 dependency isn't needed, but doesn't hurt
